SPEAKER: Katie Praino, Director of Care Coordination and Social Work

Katie Praino has been the Director of Care Coordination and Social Work at New York Presbyterian Westchester Hospital for the last five years. Katie is a 14 year veteran of the NYP Health System. Katie holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from NYU & two certifications in Case Management.
